All you need to know is if there's stuff in there, press the yellow button on the bottom left corner to claim it all (yellow button in an individual item) to claim it individually*.
Use the cross/back button to obviously go back.
- Note: You have to claim medabots/medaparts/medals separately; these cannot be batch claimed because of the animations that play.
