(So whinging on why Imagineer is a terrible company and why their art sucks is fine, but not making your own fan game)
By submitting your own commentary on any game data, you agree to submit it under a CC-BY 4.0 license. Although you own your own commentary, anyone is free to adapt as long as they attribute you.
